Rodrigo K. de Mattos - President – Founder
Founded EducaSports in 2012.
Undergraduate - Double major - Business Administration - minor - Marketing and Sports Management - minor in Business in 2003 - Union College, KY.
Graduation - Masters in Education in Business - University of the Cumberlands - 2011.
He was a student-athlete from 1999 to 2003. As soon as he finished his undegraduate studies came back to Brazil and worked as a junior analyst at Newtrend Consultoria and at Banco Santander as analyst of data.
In 2007, he moved back to the United States to work on his Masters and also take part of the Women's soccer program at the University of the Cumberlands as an assitant.
In the season 2008/2009 he moved from the girls to the boys side, and not only responsible to assist the varsity team he was the head coach of the junior varsity squad.
He also worked in Club Teams in Tennessee and in Kentucky.
Walter de Mattos - Institutional Director
Undergraduate - Major - Mechanical Enginnering - Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (I.T.A.) in 1971.
Masters in Business - Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) in 1975.
He worked for Financial Institutions and also Engineering companies in the areas of planning, technology, supply chain, Management and Finances.
Ricardo Gelascov Vieira - Director of Operations
Undergraduated - Major - Physical Education (FIG) - 1994.
He is a former professional player. As a professional player played for Juventus, XV de Piracicaba and Rio Branco de Andradas (Minas Gerais) and he was also part of Seleção Paulista in the year of 1989.
Today, besides his work with EducaSprots he is also a responsible for Gelset Gráfica, stablished in 1995. He joined EducaSports in 2015.
Jefferson Gimenez - Sports Director
Undergraduate - Physical Education at FIG in 1993.
He is a former professional soccer player and played for teams in Brazil and Portugal.
Today, he works in the development of young soccer players.
He helds a Coaching A License at CBF.
He joined EducaSports in 2016.
Jorge Luis Silva - Soccer Director
He is a former professional soccer player. Played from 1983 to 2002.
Jorginho as he is known started his soccer career at Portuguesa and moved to Palmeiras. Played for clubs such as Fluminense, Coritiba, Santos and Atlético Mineiro. He was called once for the brazilian national team.
Today, he is a professional soccer coach. Among his achievements in his coaching career he has a Second division Title with Portuguesa in 2012.
Our training and practice methodologies are based on his studies of the game as well as what he applies in his daily activities.
He joined EducaSports in 2016.
